Lashanda Maddox is the most wonderful agent. She was there for us from start to finish. We are first time home buyers and she always went above and beyond to help explain things to us. I knew that I could always call her with a question and she would know the answer or find the answer. She is so efficient! She really made this process easy for us and we cannot thank her enough. I am extremely disappointed with this Real Estate team. I submitted 2 offers on a piece of property recently, through my Realtor; the 1st was below asking price. My realtor submitted the offer but we had difficulty making contact with the Metro Realty Group listing agent for feedback. Eventually, we did get feedback saying that the sellers were firm on their price. We submitted another offer for full asking price, cash, and declined the appraisal even. The sellers declined that offer as well and have since taken the property off the market. There were multiple delays and requests for time extensions from the listing agent during the entire process. This property has been on the market for nearly 4 months via the Metro Realty Group. Allegedly, there were previous full price offers when this property was first listed and the sellers declined those as well. This property should have been taken off the market back then if the sellers were not interested in selling. This Real Estate team needs to be more engaged!
