I've only worked with a few different realtors before. Of those, Mercedes is by far the best, like it's not even close. She has guided me through both the buying and selling process of home ownership. Each time it was phenomenal experience, I was impressed with her knowledge as well as professionalism. You can tell she puts real effort into making sure everything is as easy as possible for you and completely streamlined.
