Shady business practices - if they feel the need to try and mislead people to trick them into clients why should they be trusted if I actually need real estate help? I strongly advise against this company and focusing on real estate companies with better solicitation practices. I've never been in touch with them, or anyone for real estate, yet Allison Johnson keeps reaching out to me pretending to "follow up" on my real estate search and to explore "options that fit (my) preferences and budget" when I'm NOT looking for real estate and I've never given this company my information. Stop reaching out to me - idk how many times it takes to get through so now I'm leaving this review. Don't email me. Don't call me. She claims to be "Looking forward to hearing from you" well congrats, here's your bad review sharing my negative experience.

She went above and beyond. She was in every step of the process with us with us, we just did our closing today and our process wasn’t even 2 month from star to finish. She explain us all the pros and cons since the beginning. Tania is awesome, smart, funny and humble. 100 % recommend.

My experience with Tania Bobe has been great as a buyer as well as a seller. I would say it was close to 10 years from the time I met Tania when looking for a home for my kids and I. It took a while before landing this very home that she also assisted with selling for me. Throughout both end of the deal, she is very knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring she achieves results. Professional is one way to put it but super exceeds that and has several agents under her that reflect the type of leadership that also delivers great outcome. Tania, Rebekah, and Caitlyn were amazing to work with! They were communicative throughout the whole transaction and made sure I was kept in the loop on a simultaneous closing which goes above and beyond.
