Matt helped me purchase a single family house and then sell my condo. He was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone call to the sale closing. For the house hunting I told Matt I was looking for an agent who would help me focus on big ticket items rather than cosmetics and he was happy to oblige. If there was a house of particular interest he sent me a report of all the pros and cons, including all the items we talked about, rather than a plain market analysis. He has a lot of experience with older houses which was very helpful as many of the houses we visited were built in the 1930s. The sale phase went smoothly despite a compresses schedule.
