I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Where do I start? Matt was absolutely amazing!! This was our first home we have sold and it can be a stressful experience. Not with Matt, he was clear and beyond professional right from the start. More of a friend than an agent. He took all of our interests and needs into account. His recommendations were all on point. Selling a home in the dead of winter can be a challenge in its self. When things came up he was on top of them. Great communication!! We couldn't have asked for a better agent. No pressure, but lots of compassion, knowledge, and communication. Matt helped us purchase a house almost two years ago and we planned to sell the old house as soon as possible. Life took some major unexpected turns, but Matt was patient and went at our pace. He checked in regularly to see how things were going; he assured us that we weren't bothering him with our unexpected pauses in the process. A smooth Sale. Matt listed our house for us. It was the second time buying and selling with Matt. He had great photos taken, set up all of the showings, and was very helpful with walking us through the preparation for listings our home. He answered all of our questions and always gave us options. All of this was done while we were also purchasing a new home. I don't know how he does it, but he is really good at what he does!
