I have purchased three houses and sold two with Marta over the last 10 years. She is honest and will handle your transactions with the same care as if these were her own homes. She makes the buying and selling process very easy and has a large team behind her to support in escrow and mortgage options. Marta is an awesome realtor, when I was looking for my first home she gave me all the options in not only the price range but in the features that I wanted in the areas that I wanted in. We then setup a day and went to all the houses to look at them and see how the houses were in person. She had info on the neighborhood that I didn’t even think I would need until I realized I actually did need it and her insight into which types of homes would be better for different purchasers( single person vs multi family) was useful too.
