I worked with James Bean for several months as a first time home buyer and throughout, he made the whole experience so seamless. My initial thought was it’s all too good to be true… but essentially I gave very rough estimates on what I’d be looking for and how much I could afford. From there, the system started notifying me of new listings, adjusted listings, and all sorts of information that helped me decide when to book a showing. I’d meet James in Williston, Hinesburg, Winooski and eventually he met my parents in Colchester to look at my current residence. My folks vouched for the place and I made an offer in JFK airport while on a work trip. I trust James and we still are in contact today.
