As out-of-state buyers, we recently worked with Barb & Liska to purchase rental investments. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and candid about properties. They jumped on site visits even when we couldn't attend and then they streamed tours for us. Moreover, Maddox is a full service agency with its own Property Management company. Liska Maddox and the Maddox Reality Team are top notch. I reached out to Liska to represent me in the selling of my 100+ year old Victorian home in the Historic Huning Highland Neighborhood in downtown Albuquerque. This home needed a lot of TLC and required a knowledgeable buyer with a vision to restore it to its previous elegance. Suffice to say, "Liska knows her stuff." The home was on the market only a matter of days, under contract within a week , and closed with 3 weeks.........for more than my asking price!!!
