We met Jody years ago by calling him to see a home he had listed. We didn’t buy that home, but walked away thinking, “we just like him.” After several years of showing us 25+ homes with multiple offers, we did buy a lakefront home. Jody was always available on our time to show us any home we were interested in. He would always find the answers to our questions and negotiate for us very well. During the purchase, he would make anytime work to open the door for home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents ect even though he wasn’t the seller’s agent.
