About a month ago, I decided that I wanted to list my home for sale in Pine Valley. Andrew had given me a call back and was super professional and had someone out almost immediately to clean out the stuff that I wanted to get rid of. Jonathan and his crew came out and removed all of the things I did not want to take with me. The process went very very quickly and efficiently and I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their house without paying high markups from realtors. I will definitely recommend and use them again in the future. when we got to the closing, I was able to meet Dakota the owner of the company and he was super friendly and we got things taken care of very timely and efficiently! I dealt with this company and group of great guys for a few months. House sold, I got what I wanted and they got their cut. Granted, I had to figure things out with getting my dog out of the house, but they had more showings in 2 weeks than the regular realtor did in 2 months. If you figure out what you can get through a realtor and negotiate what you can get through this company, it was a couple thousand different. Well worth the headaches and hassle. I would recommend using this company so much that I’m actually getting in a group text to take the team that helped me out for n appreciation Top Golf outing. I’m a real customer and not a paid person.

These guys are wonderful. They helped me in more ways then just buying my house. Johnathan is a life saver litterly and Ryan was as helpful and supportive as you need during the time of getting things around to sell. If your looking for a quick and easy and painless way to sell call these guys. They care about you and their jobs.

I called them to see if they could help sell my house. Within 3 weeks my house was sold. The whole team made it so easy for us and closing was a breeze. Highly recommend. Also a great Christian group of guys working there. Thanks LTD for everything you did for us.

Low ball offers and continue to call and use robo callers after being ask to be removed from list. Spoke with them several times when thinking about selling my home and they would say one number and then when it would come to paperwork would take 10k-15k off of the offer. Thankfully I listed my property and it's already under contract for nearly 1/3 more than their final offer. I'm super upset that this went this way. I had been excited to have an easy close and not have to go through the process of listing. Guess it turned out in my favor I didn't go with them. Be cautious giving them your real phone number. Can't stick to commitments with scheduled calls or texts and contracts can be bait and switch. Be sure to read everything to make sure the process is smooth and they don't try to swindle you more. I'm sure their offers are great for distressed properties. HOWEVER, I don't want contacted any more and when I called to get removed I got texted they were sorry they can't take my call while I just spend 3 minutes arguing with a robo calling system they have trying to speak with someone to get taken off their list.
