We worked with Jennifer Asis and she was outstanding. She went far above and beyond anything we have experienced with a rental agent. She was easy to reach, quick to respond, arranged multiple viewings for us, and guided us through the entire application process, including communication with Lotus. From our first viewing to having keys in hand was only six days, and the viewing was on a Friday night. That alone deserved five stars. Since moving in, Lotus has also been very responsive with communication and with our initial service requests.
