Met with Long & Foster realtor Christopher Adams at an apt that interested me (6022 Madison Overlook Ct). I noticed that the master bathroom vanity was *literally* hanging off of the wall by about an inch and that someone tried to fix this major issue by caulking it and painting over the caulking. ​I brought the issue to Chris' attention as I assumed he'd be interested. His response: "Okay, we'll you have a great day" as he turned and walked away. I won't do business with this guy or any company who trusts him to represent them.
