We had a lot of specific criteria that made our search more challenging and we refined what we were looking for overtime because of our learnings along the way. It took several months to find a house and Janine stayed committed and available the entire time. I was so impressed with her expertise and all that she knows! She would point things out to us at each house that we wouldn't have been aware of otherwise and it really helped inform our decision making. And I was so appreciative of her graciousness and the ways she supported us through all steps. Helen was also great to work with and so helpful keeping all of our to-dos and documents organized! She made sure we were on top of every step of the buying and closing process and did a lot of question asking and fielding different aspects with the lender, seller, and title company. She was also very kind and generous! The group's caring touch as a whole felt like we were working with family in some ways and they even sent us gifts and celebrations at each point in the journey. Lisa and her team are amazing and take excellent care of her clients. We had a lot of bumps in selling our house due to its condition and the buyer demands, but Teel and Lisa helped us through every step. As a first-time seller, I was definitely stressed going in, but they made the process feel as easy and straightforward as possible.
