Eric was vital to finding my dream home. His schedule was extremely flexible to accommodate my busy work schedule. He worked after hours on more than one occasion to help me tour houses after my shifts. Even on short notice, he made showings happen. If there is something related to selling or buying a house that Lion Drive Realty can't help you with, I haven't found it yet. I live in the Houston area and through LDR have bought a house in New Braunfels, am I'm buying a house in Kerrville, and my daughter is using Lion Drive Realty to buy her house now in Pearland, also. Our realtor Eric Wargo is excellent, often getting multiple showings with just a few hours notice. Having one point of contact who can manage all of the real estate needs we have, even statewide, is peace of mind that is great.
