I'm happy to join all the positive reviewers for Lighthouse Group and agree wholeheartedly that this organization deserves their praise. I have a masters degree training in Operations Management and this is a case study about how customer service is done right. The Lighthouse team is a model of coordination, efficiency, and most importantly - compassion. The process was seamless. We were guided through our transition by a series of professionals who were both knowledgeable and available. Every person we met was very much capable and seemed to come from a perspective that they were in it to help people first. A good number of the Lighthouse staff bear licensed social worker backgrounds and that shows. They are here for the community, for helping others. Navigating the complex process of moving from one life phase to another is daunting, but to have a partner to help guide one through the process is significantly less burdensome with partner like Lighthouse. We had a unique situation and moved 2 households with this group. They treated my mother-in-law with kindness and respect, and even spent extra time to make sure my toddlers room was set-up before he moved to his new space. After completing the whole process they jumped in to recommend additional service providers for our new home. I don't have enough nice things to say. Our family is deeply thankful for everything Lighthouse has helped us with.

I wouldn’t even know where to begin to express the gratitude my family and I have for Alison and her team. Our Step-mom passed and our Dad went instantly into the hospital and they worked with my brothers and I who don’t live in Arkansas to get everything taken care of to move Dad to MI. Providing insights, supplies, a great estate sale company who had their own work cut out for them, cleaning, hitting some bumps in the road and providing solutions. I don’t think I would have been able to leave with my Dad and move as early as we did if Lighthouse didn’t provide that assurance that they got this and they can take some of the weight off my shoulders. Selling the house and everything in it was the least of our problems through everything that we were going through and that’s all because of Alison and her team. They went that extra mile to help and it shows that they not only love what they do but they really do care.

I can not say enough good things about our realitor Jami from The Lighthouse group The first day we met I knew she would be the one to get my house sold! She is very smart, knowledgeable and she works for YOU not the money!!! We had another realitor tried to sell my house for a 6 months and not one offer!! Jami then took the bull by the hornes and had open houses, talked to people , she kept in touch with me about everything! She is very personable, honest and if there is something that needs stradagised she gets it done! She is a problem solver, she is open and honest what should and not be done when selling a home. Lighthouse did an amazing job helping my mother downsize, as well as helping us move and sell our house quickly. I do not think I have ever seen an agency work in such a thorough, organized and coordinated manner. All the staff were responsive, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this group!
