Our experience with this realtor was extremely stressful, disappointing, and costly. From the beginning, we were rushed into closing within just two hours, leaving us feeling pressured and unable to properly review everything. She completed the final walkthrough herself without offering us the opportunity to attend, which should have been a major red flag. As a result, serious issues were missed. Within days, our water heater stopped working, and she refused to help resolve it. We were told the plumbing had been completely redone, which turned out to be false. The pipes were so corroded they had 4–6 inch holes, causing sewage to back up into our basement shower by day three. We were also given only 24 hours to completely move out, with no option for an extension. We were told she would assist us during this process, but she never showed up or followed through. What makes this worse is that she was aware of many of these issues beforehand. We had repairs agreed to in writing, yet nothing was done to ensure they were completed. She did nothing to advocate for us or hold the seller accountable. When we tried to address these problems with her and her broker, we received no meaningful help or resolution. This felt like someone who smiles in your face, takes your money, and then expects you to be grateful, while leaving you to deal with serious problems on your own. Buying a home should be an exciting experience. Instead, this became overwhelming, expensive, and emotionally draining. I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with her proceed with EXTREME caution. The Broker Jennifer J will not answer your calls and pretended to care at first then one week in said well she is a 1099 employee and it is up to her "Jacky" to deal with the situation...so 0 help. RUN AWAY...these people brag about wanting to have Rolex watches and drive Bentleys yet do not care to step on the people paying them to get there...they just need you to "sign on the dotted line" and then they could care less.

Nope. Stay Away. Find anyone other than these people to do real estate with. E.Haddad ESPECIALLY. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of realtors around town with better ethics and knowledge of best investments.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this group, but specifically with Ginger Bauer. There are so many boxes to check and i's to dot and people to call when navigating a sale, and Ginger handled everything so well. What we thought would take months took weeks. Ginger is prompt, friendly, and communicative. She was flexible with our timeline, handled all the contractors and other agents with courtesy, and always kept our best interests in mind. Beyond that, her deep knowledge of the process and market made everything feel effortless. She anticipated potential hiccups before they happened and always had a solution ready. We always felt informed, supported, and prioritized. Ginger went above and beyond to make sure we reached a closing that was not only smooth but genuinely happy for us. We’d recommend Ginger to anyone looking for an agent who’s professional, caring, and truly exceptional at what she does. She’s a total rockstar!

Do not use these people. We hired one who put us through in 8-month crazy ordeal. Supposed to be closing on a house in a few weeks but it is not at all what we picked out. Our real estate agent is afraid to engage with the builder. You can't reach the broker. We feel deceived throughout the entire process and I would never work with them again.
