I waited a minute to write this review because I wanted to make sure I covered all bases. I’m not a huge review writer, but I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Leah with everyone. I stumbled upon Leah’s name when I was looking at properties in Montana. I knew nothing about this town and, of course, I picked a very unique property. Our initial phone call was so pleasant and jovial that I wanted to talk to her more. She listened and took the time to understand my needs and wants. She also understood all the work and details that goes into a cross country move. Because of the unique property I picked, there were a lot of hurdles and at times, I felt so overwhelmed. Leah was always available, kind and supportive to help me get things handled. She never let anything slip through the cracks and she talked me off a ledge a time or two. I haven’t had the best experiences with realtors in the past and had kind of looked at them as hurdles, instead of assets. That changed when I met Leah. She is truly caring and wants the best for her clients. She went to bat for me with this difficult property and it all worked out in the end because of her. I cannot recommend Leah enough. Her kindness, patience and knowledge of the area is priceless. I am so thankful that I picked her as my realtor and will shout it from the rooftops to anyone that will listen. She is the best! 🏆

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Leah was on top of everything, explained each step clearly, and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. I'm on Day 3 of living in my new home, and I seriously can't recommend Leah enough for being the professional she is. Communicating with us at unorthodox hours of the week to track down and deliver timely information, fact-finding for us about the owners to ensure our offer is properly leveraged, accurate, and competitive, riding the perfect fine-line between professional opinions and friendly-peer opinions, being at the right place at the right time, and going above and beyond to answer all my questions are truly just a few of the reasons I would recommend her to anyone entering the market! A friend of mine, Kolton, connected me to Leah based on his fantastic experience as a first-time home buyer. She was not the first realtor to help me buy a home, but I can assure you I won't be using anyone other than her so long as I'm in the area.
