Originally reached out from a FB Marketplace listing. Did a virtual walkthrough with Tyler as I was not able to make the in person. Everything went great, got the information about putting in the application. I want to note that Tyler mentioned that if another application was processed and approved before ours was processed, we would be able to get our fee back. Did the application and sent in the payment. I let Tyler know that it was in, he acknowledged that. Despite reaching out to him on Facebook Marketplace, calling the management company and emailing, we have not gotten a single update or communication in any form in the three weeks since we have put in our applications! I am of the mindset that we were scammed out of $100 for two application fees. Do better! Edit: A side note I want to mention. The phone number listed on the website and the application I believe is a cellphone that is kept or used by the owner or manager. It is what's used for the Zelle for the application fees. When calling it, it prompts you to say your name and why you're calling, like the iPhones do now. I always gave a pretty good description of who I was and why I was calling, but they never answered. I will admit, I have an out-of-state number, so they may have been confused, but it's unprofessional to not answer that number when it calls five times over the course of a week. Also, if they had even looked at let alone processed our application, they would have seen my phone number. Edit 2: I do want to mention that they did return our fee after they viewed my review. Tyler definitely seemed apologetic so I will give him that. The email you send your applications to emailed me back saying our fee was returned about 1 month after it was returned, so I feel they do not check that thoroughly or regularly.

My wife and I, are new tenants of this property management. My experience with this company has been wonderful. Every single issue my wife and I mentioned, was addressed with swiftnes and precision. We couldn't be happier to be new members of this community. Now, upon moving in, I asked about the dreaded manager Megan that people either love or hate. I was told she left the company about a year ago. This new gentleman by the name of Tyler has taken over that role. Every single thing has been followed through by Tyler. I can't speak to what it was before I got here, but I can't see myself leaving here anytime soon. Thank you Lawrence Realty my wife and I are very happy.

Just wanna give a big shoutout to this company and to Tyler for making this whole process by far the easiest and amazing! He got my boyfriend a nice apartment at a good price and he was quick and efficient about the whole thing so we could get him moved asap! Thank you guys for everything and we love how outstanding you guys and Tyler are. 10/10 😁

Landlord was notified about Roaches. Maintenance was supposed to come over, no call no show. 3 days later, landlord stated no one was coming for 5 more days. I've never lived with cockroaches. I'm a clean Guy. People keep your stuff clean. Landlords Own Your Obligations to your Tenant.
