Laurie and her team set the standards by which all other realtors should strive to be. They are professional, well versed in the industry, efficient and great communicators. They make the sometimes challenging process of a home purchase an incredible experience.

We worked with Laurie’s team - specifically Aaron Rich. He was amazing. He issue-spotted potential issues early on that put us in a good position during the pre-closing period. He applied his wisdom and experience of transactions in the area. He is well networked and used his relationships to our advantage during the process. He is highly ethical but also an advocate for his clients. He truly goes above and beyond in literally aspect of his work. We would highly recommend Aaron and would love to work with him again!

Very professional and personable . Laurie was very responsive to all of our needs and worked to quickly get our house sold for above the asking price. We enjoyed working with her a lot.

The 2 stars are for Laurie returning calls promptly and if I could rate her sister, Stephanie separately, I would give her 5 stars. I wish we had asked around more besides just 1 person's recommendation before deciding to go with Laurie to sell our house bc we would have gone with someone else. We agreed to some very costly repairs the buyers wanted. We agreed to one in particular not knowing anything about what was entailed because we trusted Laurie and she gave us NO warning about what would be involved even though she later told us she had prior experience with this particular repair. This particular repair ended up costing us thousands. When I confronted Laurie about this her response was "How was I supposed to know?" Laurie's response in my view is not a professional or acceptable response when you are dealing with clients who just paid thousands on 1 repair. I then confronted her on being so rude to me in another incident and she completely changed the subject to tell me she was right I was wrong on the walk through time. Seriously?? After all this, all trust in her had broken down and it was so bad that I just told her at the end not to even bother showing up to the closing. I am a professional as well in my field and could never imagine treating my clients this way.

I was referred to Laurie by my brother, who did not steer me wrong! I personally dealt with Laurie and her sister Stephanie. I absolutely loved working with them and would refer them to anyone. Such enthusiasm and professionalism! |They were both so very responsive to my needs and were very compassionate. What more can I say? The very best!!
