This was the second time I used Jessica and her team for the sale of a property. Absolutely the best real estate agent I have had in my 30 years of transactions. She knows the local and broader markets, the area (and if she doesn't, she actually visits it and studies it multiple times!). You NEVER feel like she's just trying to push a sale through with as little effort as possible. Seriously, highly highly recommend her.

Jessica and her team are so efficient, professional, and friendly. I was out of town when my husband decided this would be a good time to buy a house 😆. Jessica and her team made it so easy for me to do all transactions long distance. Jessica sold a couple other homes for us as well as buy a few. She’s an agent we go back to because she is trustworthy.

Jessica put in a ton of effort and pushed house during a turning market. Which is new, from the house sales over market for cash day, she did the work, put in the miles and got the right people into our home to make it their new home. I would recommend Jessica, to anyone who needs to sale their home and wants honesty, hard work and dignity!

Jessica is a phenomenal real estate agent and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and her team. She helped my husband and I in relocating from Oregon and buying a house from afar. It's not an easy task and very stressful, Jessica was always available to answer questions or provide information. I flew down repeatedly and we met multiple times to tour homes and put in offers. I am not new to real estate and have owned a couple investment properties; Jessica was always open to having conversations with me and taking my feedback into consideration as I am fairly familiar with real estate transactions and how to write an appealing offer. Unbeknownst to me, Las Vegas is a competitive city to purchase a home. The home we ended up buying was in Anthem (a 4/3 and in the 600's range). We beat out 2 other offers (one all cash) with Jessica's help and she helped us negotiate cash for repairs at closing. Hardworking, dependable, so knowledgeable and kind. I always get sad when I have to part ways with great realtors because they make the home buying process so much smoother and stress-free. This review is long overdue! It was a blessing to have found Jessica during our search for our first home. We were blessed to close on a house just a couple days before the whole pandemic shutdown and we made it just in time! Jessica was on top of it through every step and made all the real estate lingo understandable for us first time homeowners! We truly felt her genuine support all the way through.
