Jan Terhune is the best at what she does! I decided to start looking into buying a house but had no idea on what to do. Jan made it easier to talk with met face to face, phone calls your name it she was there. Jan made this (Me) first time homebuyer very happy. She keeps it real with you and will never tell you lies like some do just to make a sale.
