Huge thank you to agent Cortney Nanney! She worked with us from out of state to purchase our condo on the lake! We live 300 miles away and she spent many months searching for us, doing video walkthroughs, researching rental data, etc to help us find the perfect condo! We couldn’t be more please with the level of service she provided.

I worked recently with Cortney Nanney and was very pleased with her services as a Realtor with my home purchase! She has earned my trust for all future purchases in the area for her dedication to me a customer and being flexible to my schedule and open communication. She had great insight to the area and market conditions to help formulate the best deal possible. Her advice was precise and accurate. A great choice, you wouldn't regret it.

Rented a unit at Majestic Lodge, had some damages when we moved in, we listed them and photographed them. Where also told that our pet deposit was refundable and that's why we chose this place. We received only half of our rental deposit back and told that they never said that the pet deposit was refundable. They charged us to repaint the floors that were damaged when we moved in and charged us for repairs that were listed before we moved in. Tried to get our deposit back and was told sorry, you got all you are going to get, the pet deposit went straight to the owner and the floors needed to be repainted. I asked them why they didn't repaint before we moved in and the lady said they did. Pictures and the property condition document say otherwise. We were warned that they would do this to us by other renters who had lived there. If it was worth it I would take them to court. But in Arkansas a renter has no recourse.

As I write this, I am in such disbelief. This was my first home buying experience and I am not at all happy with the experience they provided me. I feel that my realtor did not represent herself after we closed on the home. I knew it would be complicated because I had been looking for a home to buy for a very long time. Buying a home will your quality of life and that of your family as wel. I knew we neeeded certain criteria and I was in no rush to find us a home. The first thing after closing we discovered was that the AC unit is not completly cooling the home. Sometimes I guess things arise but not something as major as this. I believe some knew and did not say anything. I am also placing blame on Anthony Ursey because he isn’t a man of his word. I chose Mr. Utsey, because we knew him and in good faith I believed in him. I clearly remember him saying that the other person that does inspections would not be as thorough as he would. Without any doubt I chose him. A realtor is not only there for you during the searching for a home but also after you buy your home. I also believe she was not only working for us but also for the seller as well. I will never use this real estate agency again If we ever needed a real estate agent to buy another home. When the HVAC person came and found out that the unit needed R-22 refrigerant and a capacitor which my home warranty was supposed to cover and didn’t. I called our realtor Mrs.Chandler and she was not helpful at all. She, in the begging, was a very charming person. Once I told her that we were trying to in and that the home was not cooling, I saw a different side of her. I’m very disappointed in her. Once I let her know what home warranty said it was like she left us with the bag. The point I am trying to make is that when it comes down to money, it changes these people. I am just trying to look out for more people. Thank you.

OWNERS...BEWARE using this agency for managing your property. Being owners but living in another state, we relied on this agency to manage our property. Making a trip to check on our propery once the tenant had vacated, we were shocked what we found. We have thousands of dollars of repairs, replacements, bug issues and lawn care to deal with after they let the tenant move out with waiting almost until the end of their 2- mth government requirement to return security deposit and THEN, sent us a check for $100 for 'repairs' they might have missed! Wow! What a joke. This agency returned 3\4 of security deposit to renter. Nice for the renter but not to owner of property.
