Seller ATTEMPTED to counter-offer, and he shut that racket down and secured the lowball offer - all because he knows the area - and, importantly, that specific house-flipper - so well, and knew we had the leverage on our side. Beyond that - the man responds INSTANTLY to texts/calls/emails etc throughout (and after) the entire process. AFTER he had secured the commission on closing day this man called me from up on my roof helping me to fix some issues since I closed remotely from Texas.
