Kyle helped my wife find a home while I was recovering in the hospital over several months. I was going to need a handicapped accessible home, when I came home. Kyle worked with my wife, listened about my future needs, and her wishes for a home. He located a spec home which fit our needs. Wheelchair accessible, no stairs and a wonderful community. He worked with her to explain financing the new house and what needed to be done to sell the current house. He identified a great home inspector for the new house. Some minor issues were found in the new house which were quickly addressed, He identified a great down sizing company and coordinated with them to move us to our new home and prepare our old house for selling. Kyle contacted a number of contractors to help us prepare our 33year old house for selling. Kyle priced the house and the house was sold in 5 days after being placed on the market. The house sold above asking and closing was done within 18 days. Kyle kept us up to the minute on negotiations for the selling of our house.
