Finding a investment property with the right things wrong can be very time consuming! I meet Kim at a open house of a foreclosure he was showing. He offered to help me, and showed me many homes before we found a fantastic deal. I was sure it was too good to be true but he insisted on submitting my very low offer. Unbelievably all the other higher offers fell through and one day we got the call from Kim saying we got the house. He then helped us get all the inspections done and closed on the house. Don't let his low key Hawaiian persona fool you, he is definitely a tiger!

As a new homeowner, the process of purchasing property was very daunting. We utilized a program through Navy Federal, which tailored our needs with a subject matter expert like Kim. Right off the bat, Kim came into contact and was quick to listen to our needs and wants. Not only did he teach us about the competitive market, he had a game plan to ensure that we would get a contract underway. Well nothing goes according to plan and every time our offer wasn't accepted, he quickly shifted gears to find another offer worth while. For the property I now own, with less than an hour, he was able to utilize his skillsets and get an accepted/competitive offer on my family's behalf. Kim even ballparked a value for the property and was only shy of a thousand dollars. It takes a lot to trust someone you never met, however Kim posses great social skills and works well with clients and other agents. I knew that my family was in good hands. Undeniably Kim is one of the most seasoned realtors VA has to offer. If any buyer is in the market to find a home that has intrinsic value, it would be foolish to not pick one of the best.
