We got in touch with Kerry Carr upon the recommendation of a long-term friend whose daughter had used her services. It has been a pleasure to work with Kerry and we also highly recommend her services. She showed great knowledge of the real estate market in the Philadelphia area, which we were interested in, and provided us with quantitative data and choices based on what we were looking for. When meeting us for house visits or inspections, she was always punctual, patient and courteous. What I appreciated the most was her willingness to follow through with good advice and resolution, when a little snag occurred close to settlement and she definitely defended our (buyer’s) interests, and even after settlement, when certain details needed to be taken care of before we moved in. I would be remiss not to point out a slight possible area of improvement. Because Kerry had shown such knowledge and competence, we came to rely on her judgment, and were pleased to hear her high praises of the seller as someone who paid attention to details and took great pride in his work.
