In such a difficult housing market, we honestly started considering other areas because inventory was so limited, but Miranda stayed steadfast and encouraged us not to settle until we found the right fit. Space and location were our top priorities, and she never lost sight of that. When the house finally came on the market, there was a lot of interest and the process moved incredibly fast. One of the sellers even shared that part of the reason our offer was chosen was because Miranda’s experience and professionalism made the process feel seamless and easy to work through. From dropping off moving boxes to help us pack, and even surprising my daughter at closing with unicorn bathroom décor because she remembered how excited she was to decorate her new space. On top of helping us buy our home, Miranda even helped us secure a tenant for our previous house , all while everything was happening within about 10 days. As Kentucky homebuyers coming from Illinois we were so pleased with the whole buying process with the Kentucky Home Team. We weren’t sure how it would work buying a home in another state but after visiting them in their office and talking with them about what we were looking for, they went to work for us. Can't say enough good things about Kentucky Home Team. My wife and I got ghosted by our other realtor the weekend we had come into town to house hunt. We called the Kentucky Home Team late afternoon on a Friday and they were able to schedule 9-10 showings for us for that weekend. They were ready to help us at the 11th hour and we were able to find our new home that we are very happy with.
