If you’re looking for a realtor, Kelly is who you want!! Kelly is incredibly warm, professional, and extremely helpful. We had a very limited time to find a house and with her we managed to look at 20+ houses in the short span of two days. She went out of her way to help us narrow things down. When we had it narrowed down to two houses, she managed to work with the sellers to have us visit both houses again pretty late in the evening. She does a great job at balancing answering questions and giving recommendations without actually making the decision for you. I couldn’t imagine having worked with anyone else to find a home in Cheyenne.

I could not have bought this house without the help of Kelly Morgan. She went above and beyond what a broker and realtor usually does. I was scheduled for a back surgery and the landlord wanted us to move so he could sell the house we were renting. The landlord landlord gave us an opportunity to buy the house. I contacted Kelly told her my situation. The landlord wanted 370,000 we got got it for 342,000 and hooked me up with a mortgage lender. I did nothing but listen and decided little things She did the rest. Since I was a veteran she was a home for heros representative which gave me a percentage of her commission and some back from the lender just for being a veteran.
