***BEWARE of this office and company. Very poor work ethics and integrity. Unprofessional. Our realtor and broker did not provide the services we hired them for or what was in contract. The results cost us out of pocket money, displacement, unnecessary stress and conflict with builders. Their lack of attentiveness and shear compassion for new home buyers turned a beautiful moment in my family’s life to a nightmare. We ended up firing the realtor to work directly with broker and she further showed us the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. ***Do your research before using Keller Williams as a company and real estate expert. Their staff has stained that companies reputation for us. Proceed with caution ***

I recently leased a home at 720 W Ave E in Killeen tx from Patience Riggins. She even amended the lease for the city of Killeen water department. After 2 days and paying alot for all the deposits and moving expenses she tells me she is canceling the lease and gave me 48 hrs to move. This was 4th of July weekend when we had all the flooding and storms. I notified her that Aaron's needed to get the washer and dryer and refrigerator and my 1500 electric love seat was there because it couldn't be moved because of weather conditions. When they went Monday to get the items she had locked me out. She is not professional and does not represent what a realtor should be. I have filed a complaint with Trec. I am also filing a suit for wrongful termination of lease. I contacted her boss got no response. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I need to preface my review with my sale was the commercial sale of a personal residence. My realtor did his work and was paid a handsome commission for it. My concerns are First, he sold two properties together and took the full commission for both properties. It wasn’t double the work as many meetings, texts, an emails were sent to both parties together. Secondly, of the amount of communication required to in this type of a business deal, I was included in only a handful of the texts, emails that transpired. Even though I repeatedly asked to be included. My husband, however was consistently communicated with. Thirdly, Selling our home of 35 years was an emotional endeavor to say the least. I cried as we made the decision and signed the papers, to which my realtor said “Does someone need a hug?” If I could file a grievance for discrimination I would.

When it came for me to purchase a home I could only think of one person and that was Craig Potts. He is not only experienced in selling a home he is also a Broker. This always comes in handy when dealing with the Bank. He asked all the right questions for me concerning having all of my paperwork in order. He makes sure all of the ducks are in a row. If you are ever in the need to purchase a home Craig Potts Cares, and this I saw firsthand. I’m so glad to be in my home because of Craig Potts!

Mo Duran was our realtor and we're grateful for that. She was extremely helpful in helping us find our home. She went above and beyond for us during our move down to Texas. We're thankful for her and recommend her to anyone in need of a great realtor! Thank you, Mo!
