I will keep this simple. Not only they reply to my review but they exposing my person situations just because I do it doesn’t give them permission to do so they still didn’t justify the fact their agent didn’t respond to me for days also as I stated every situation is different there agent could have recommended other options I told them I am open to dang near every city in Texas just not Houston I am sure I could have got an approval somewhere else.. as I did manage to get the following day from another company I have been in search for a property for my family and I. I have found a property in Bryan TX Agent was Alfonso Flores I applied and couldn't get any phone calls text or emails answered day after day. Finally received what looked like an auto email saying i was denied due of credit score nothing else was flagged. I have more to say but don't want to bore anyone. Just keep in mind whatever system they use it will decline you if you aren't part of the wealthy group they want my income is well over $15k a month and was willing to do what was necessary to try and get other options i just got a simple waste of APP fee. which is of course a 3rd party company wasn't satisfied at all wasting money and time.

My experience as a first time home buyer has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to my realtor Courtney R. Walker whom stayed delightful and diligent throughout this process. Courtney was thorough and thoughtful when it came to checking off my wants and needs in a new home. I'm glad to have closed in 14 days time which is beyond belief as a first time buyer. David & Melina Shellenberger were the best realtors anyone could ever ask for. They helped us to find the perfect home, made sure the inspection was completed & repairs made right. They protected our interests & earnest money. They negotiated with the seller when necessary & got us the best deal. Even after we closed, Mr. Shellenberger went above the point of realtor to make sure everything we needed in the house was completed to our satisfaction. Such a wonderful team to work with!

We worked with Christy Dragotta last spring to find a house to rent. Landed at a great place due to her help. She even went above and beyond in several areas which we only realized just now, after the fact. I recommend Christy and KW highly after our experience.

If you don't agree with them, be prepared to be held hostage over the contract when you ask to terminate it. Ill never work with them again. Stay away from Steve Santos. Also, one of their realtors left my front door unlocked and not closed fully. Adding insult to injury they failed to tell me our open house was canceled while I was running around town with a sick child.
