Gena Banks was a lifesaver when it came to selling our house in South Carolina. She's super knowledgeable about the local market, and that really showed. She priced our place just right, and we had an offer in no time. Gina's also great at communicating, always keeping us in the loop and answering all our questions. Selling a house can be stressful, but she made the whole process so much easier.

Okay, it was hard finding the right realtor, tried a few different throughout the area for over 6 months. Over and over we were either left hanging, were sent to homes that weren't in the areas we were interested in, schools were a priority because it's our children that come first. Gena Banks was everything the others could not be. She stayed up to date with new homes hitting the market! She would also drop everything she was doing to meet us at said homes and her patience was above and beyond!!!
