I had a great experience working with Nadia Hopkins and honestly could not recommend her enough. She was on top of everything the entire time, and I never felt like I was left in the dark. She was super thorough and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. If you are looking for someone who actually puts in the work and keeps you informed along the way, Nadia is your person. Really glad I had her in my corner.

Where do I start? Why one star read on... I sent an email to the seller and buyer real estate agents to request someone remove my property listing from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as Homes.com pulls data from there for my property. Well, I received awful customer service from Sally R Marcelli stating since I waited too long she can't help. However, in another email she said she would look into on Monday. Per Homes.com I was advised to contact both the seller and buyer agents to get my request resolved. I never would have thought Sally R Marcelli would be so unprofessional and rude with someone just looking for assistance. The last email Sally R Marcelli sent me was in bold text telling me never contact her again or she would find out where I work and tell them I'm harassing her. What! I'm asking Sally R Marcelli to assist me with a real estate issue. If she is unable to assist, then good customer is showing you care and providing the person with information to resolve their issue regardless if she was my agent when I purchased the property she listed it. Be careful who you use for the sale or purchase regarding your future home. Sally missed the mark. How did she know I wouldn't be a future customer treating me awful. Treat everyone with respect whether they're your client or not. Homeowners look up your property address on Homes.com. Did you know your personal/financial information can be viewed by anyone even six years after purchasing your home? I can view all my neighbors information. I really don't think people know this information. Did your realtor share this with you? How can I request help with something I didn't know was happening after I purchased my home, Sally? Keller Williams Main Line I hope you help me resolve my issue.

I have been working with Adam Feine for the past month and he has been wonderful. So nice and personable and it is obvious he really cares about his clients.
