As a seller, the agent handling for our buyers made nothing but trouble. I can only say that as a seller you never want to deal with the agent my wonderful agency had to deal with for me. The number of 1 star ratings speak enough.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! People that work here are disgustingly ignorant.This company sucks and they use people. They suck at communication. Mr. Luke Williams as broker sucks he is untrustworthy, irresponsible and doesn’t care for his clients!! You can find a better realtor/ broker somewhere else. These people suck. I can list sooo many things as to why you shouldn’t work with these people. -poor communication -irresponsible -unprofessional -Deceitful -Liars -THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. Listen to the negative reviews on here. Save yourself and the headache! Go somewhere else.

Our realtor showed us one house and she did great, my husband and I live in TN, and my parents live in AL. They drove 3 hours to view a house with a house with us today and we drove almost 2 hours. We met at this listing property at 11:30AM and our realtor had confirmed she'd be there. We waited an hour for her to show and she never did. I texted her and called her and she never called or texted back. In my opinion this is such a horrid way to do business considering we drove so far to view this listing and I had to call other realtors just to see if they could open the property for us. Needless to say we will be going with another realty company

Do not recommend! I wish Google had no stars. I have had a nightmare with this agency. Then Mr Williams decided to step in call my broker, the sellers call my broker. How unprofessional, not only that I have repeatedly asked for the so called Licensed electrician and license contractor that, I was told by Ms Keen that worked in the home no response. Called Mr Williams since he was so involved, as of today no reply on those two items I have requested. I am quite disgusted when speaking with Luke Williams, stating that I begged the seller. If he knew me I never beg for anything. On that note, the seller is the one who wanted to extend. Anyhow this is not about the purchase but about simply getting the names of the licensed contractor that worked on the home, due to a potential electrical fire hazard with the home. I do not recommed this agency at all. Please try Remax or Crye Leike, for a great experience. Jessica Shockley was my agent and she was by far the only good thing !!!!
