Kay and her team did a remarkable job selling two properties for us in the past 6 months. In each case, they recommended repairs and/or updates that they believed would enhance the sale of the properties and, after obtaining approval of the repairs/updates that we were willing to do, they took care of getting them done. Throughout this process, they kept us up to date with pictures, texts, and phone calls. They also communicated frequently during the staging and marketing of the properties. Both properties received multiple offers the first weekend they were on the market and both properties sold for above the list price. Kay and all members of her team were delightful to work with and we highly recommend them.
