Kathryn is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable, has great attention to detail, and knows exactly what to do to set you up for success both in selling and buying! She is very responsive and always made herself available to us! She made the entire process of selling and buying so seamless, I would/will never do it again without her help and guidance!

I've worked with Kathryn both in buying and selling. She has more patience than anyone I've ever known! The last house I bought with my husband proved that - I think we looked at upwards of 50 (60...70?) houses before one was deemed acceptable (LOL!).
