Kat is simply the best! She took such good care of us in the biggest family decision of our lives. When we called her, we had no idea what the process of selling our old home, or buying a new one, would be like. She held our hands through all of it, taking it slow when things needed explanation, moving fast when deals needed to be made, communicating always, and always with OUR best interest in mind. Through all the wonderful things she did, three things stood out the most. First, I'll never forget the slideshow she put together to present the plan for selling the old house. It was so thorough, smart, and savvy, and made us feel like we were selling the Taj Mahal. Second, the advice she gave during the offering phase for the new home was crucial. We knew nothing, but we told her how badly we wanted this house, so she gave us every tip and trick possible to make ours the winning offer. And finally, she infused every facet of this process with the tender, caring energy of someone helping her own family. After helping close the deal on the new home, she turned around and sold the old one for us too, leaving us with a nice chunk of change to work with. We are in the home of our dreams now, our forever home, all because of Kat.

When we first started working with Katherine, we were still living in Florida. She came highly recommended and after one conversation with her, I knew why. She listened. Katherine's name has always been a very trusted one in Rolla, so when my husband and I needed to sell our house, we knew who we would call. Katherine was absolutely wonderful. I don't even know if I can adequately put into words how easy she made the whole experience. I had so many mixed emotions about about selling the house I had loved for 15 years...I was so excited for our new house but really sad to say good-bye to our old one; I wanted our house to sell and I was stressed about getting everything done, but I knew I was going to miss it. Katherine eased all of my emotions. She was a realtor and a counselor. We had many laughs over the phone, via text, and out to eat together. Not only did Katherine do a great job as our realtor, but she became a friend. She's just such an easy person to be around. Katherine knows everyone in the business, and she recommended whomever we needed throughout the process: house painters, cleaners, photographers--all at a very good price. Katherine was more than willing to come over and do things herself, too, even though we would always stop her before she jumped into her car and drove over if I sounded a little stressed on the phone. :) Our house was on the market for only 2 weeks, and we got what we asked for it. Katherine still texts and calls, and we still meet up for dinner and coffee. Don't use anyone else. Katherine will get the job done, and she'll make it easy and stress-free! Thank you, Katherine!
