Karmen goes the extra mile with each thing she does and does not leave anything to chance or halfway completed. On our final walkthrough she even set an appointment for the fridge that was not working but under warranty-if that isn’t service I don’t know what is! She made the process so smooth and really advocated for the best for us- even with a pretty difficult seller. I would work with her again any time and will be referring everyone I know!
