Working with Kari was great! Even though my wife and I didn't buy a house through her, I couldn't ask anything more from a realtor. She was patient, always prepared, and ways through in researching for what we were looking for. More importantly, she is great person as she didn't treat us like "just a customer"; she was fantastic with building rapport and even kept in touch after we decided to build on to our existing home. Great relators/salespeople are hard to come by these days and she is one of them. Kari is in this business for the long haul. Yes, she wants to make a living, but building relationships with her clientele is priority for her. I know if we ever were to look for a home, again, she is the person we would contact first.

Kari is awesome! When I decided to move back to Ohio from South Carolina, I contacted a couple realtors, but Kari was the only one to respond and she jumped right into helping my daughters and me find the perfect home, taking us on video walk throughs during snow storms, working with the sellers agent, my lender, the underwriter and Title company to get us into our new home.
