I've worked with Kamehameha Realty for over 10 years, as they managed two of my rental properties on Oahu. Spencer and his team have always been responsive to me, and were open with feedback and suggestions in terms of potential improvements and how to better my units and raise rents accordingly. Besides property management, with their help, I was also able to renovate one of the condos as they assisted me with coordinating the vendors and negotiating pricing, so I was able to get everything done timely and within my limited budget, while remaining hands off - really just having to give my feedback and approve options and colors. Once renovated, I had Spencer list the condo for sale, and it was in escrow within a week with strong offers. The help and guidance in the renovation process, recommendations and feedback made a super stressful process easy and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: In response from Kamehameha Realty they are trying to say I could have contacted them? We did multiple times. Great service they provide when the customer needs to reach out first.. The Realtor only got back to us after the I left the bad review. Definitely not trying to intentionally hurt the business. I have rented from a few property managers and have never had this bad of service. Maybe I should have checked your 1 star Yelp account before inquiring. They were so quick to pull credit. But I haven’t gotten any texts or calls from them letting me know they received my application. It’s been 17 days, I heard nothing from them. The house was on the market for 2 weeks and now finally was taken off the market. Still no call or text. Horrible customer service. Even if I wasn’t approved or the homeowners choose a different applicant, a call would have been nice.

I have been using this oahu property management company to take care of of my rental condo in Honolulu for several years. They do a great job screening the tenants, and they do very thorough check in and check out inspections. I appreciate they always communicate with me and return my calls in a timely fashion. They seem to have great relationships with contractors because they coordinated it all so well when when we needed repairs and the price was affordable too. I recommend Kamehameha Realty to anyone looking for property management in Hawaii.
