Awful experience. I was interested in an apartment at 3114 N. Clybourn. VIJAY PRABHAKARAN was non-responsive and ghosted me many times even after giving him personal, unredacted documents. Do noy trust this agency, and specifically, him. I recommend looking elsewhere.

We purchased a home listed by Nelson Carruthers of this firm and have since discovered significant misrepresentations in the listing. Most notably, the listing stated that the property had “passed village inspection” — a claim that proved to be entirely false. While our own home inspector also failed to identify many of the issues, the false inspection claim in the listing was a material misrepresentation that influenced our decision to purchase. We have since spent thousands of dollars in repairs, and continue to uncover additional undisclosed defects. We would strongly caution any prospective buyer to independently verify all claims made in listings from this firm before proceeding with a purchase.
