I met Jonny Tat through his wife, and I'm so happy I did! As a first-time homebuyer and an immigrant in the Seattle area, I honestly had very limited resources and knowledge about buying a house. Even though we’re great friends, I really appreciate Jonny’s patience. As a realtor, he taught me a big lesson about patience because I’m the type of person who would jump into accepting an offer. But as the person on the front line of negotiation with the seller, he did an amazing job getting me great concessions for the house, and it was thanks to his patience and calmness. He’s very customer focused. Even after we got the offer and had the closing date set, he still showed up at the property to make sure I had everything I needed, and that the builder fixed everything they promised. What I really like about Jonny is that he’s not pushy at all. He always wants to prioritize my opinion before he gives his, and I really appreciate that because it made me feel like my voice mattered and my opinions were valued. He took the time to make sure I had the best experience. He listened closely and focused on what I specifically wanted instead of just showing me places. He always made sure I was at the center of the process, but gave transparent feedback and honest opinions at the right timing.
