This agency posted an unauthorized Zillow listing for a property that was already legally rented through another brokerage. The property owner confirmed they had no authorization, no agreement, and no relationship with this agency regarding the listing. Very misleading and highly unprofessional behavior. Renters should be extremely careful and always verify who actually has authority to market a property before sending applications, deposits, or personal information.

Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company! Please let me explain the reason they act without honesty. I have a property in Fort Lauderdale, which I put on the market for rent a few months ago. My real estate agent closed a deal and removed the ad from MLS in early November. On December 19, I noticed an ad on Zillow for my property, which pointed it out to this company. Acting as a potential tenant, I contacted them. They got back to me within an hour, saying the property had been rented 3 days before and asking what type of property I needed. I informed Zillow about the false ad, and I am leaving this review so others will know what kind of company they might be dealing with.

Enoch was not very good at all. We were led on for months about a property just to end up being told another family was chosen. We went through the entire process and even canceled our current lease and all. Hope to not have to work with Jonathan Solomon Realty again. Do not recommend
