I was planning a move to Lexington for weeks but kept getting non-responses or slow responses by landlords. Jonah Mitchell’s company was very responsive, showed me a unit quickly that really appealed to me and fit my budget and preferences, and arranged a move-in that fit my tight timeline. I had a couple maintenance issues the first day, and even though it was a Friday, they sent a great handyman out to fix everything. Really appreciate the way they do business so far - shout out to Matt, Hannah, and Tommy for their great work.

Not only did he assist with clearing my yard, but he also took care of removing debris from the roof—talk about exceptional service! Great real estate and property management company. I rented from them sold a house by them and bought a house through them. All three went down without a hitch.
