Neena Kerr went really above and beyond for us! We were moving from out of state, with several specific criteria, and a relatively tight time window, and she took it all in stride. We were able to close on a house in less than three weeks with her help after having to pull out of our contract on another house which left us scrambling. Her husband Kevin also stepped in when needed to help get things done quickly. Can’t recommend this duo enough!

John helped us buy our new home and sell our current home on a very tight timeline around Christmas and New Years, which was impressive. When buying our new home, he helped us craft a very attractive and thoughtful offer that ultimately allowed us to win against multiple other offers. He guided us through the process of buying and selling and always took the time to explain everything to us, answer our questions and give us his honest advice and feedback. John is professional, thorough, smart, strategic, personable, responsive and honest.
