Working with Joel and his team was a fantastic experience from start to finish.  Bottom line: we sold our house with two above-asking offers 4 days after our house came on the market.  From the beginning, Joel gave clear, helpful advice on what relatively minor investments to make to improve the house before listing.  Then he and his team executed super quickly and effectively.  We could not have felt in better hands.

If I could give Joel and Team 6 Stars I would. From the start Joel was helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions (I tend to have several). After living in our home for 15+ years we knew it needed some freshening up. Joel quickly put together and executed a plan that made our home come alive in far less time and with a very reasonable budget. He was there with us providing updates and advice through a tough market (Int rates stuck above 6%, govt shutdowns, general uncertainty). Throw on top of that a complicated transaction due to a mortgage assumption process that required a lot of buyer education. I could not be more pleased. Joel has become the standard I want all advisors and service providers I use to live up to. Thank you Joel Nelson Group!!

During construction, Joel walked the property and provided his opinion based on his experience in the market. We were able to get the property under contract quickly and he and his team kept me up to date throughout the process. A truly amazing team! Joel was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and collaborative in developing a plan to sell our house. The rest of the team was equally impressive. They made really smart recommendations on some things we should do to the house, and their staging and photos were absolutely incredible. The end result was better and faster than we expected!
