We recently worked with Jill Patrick to sell our house, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Jill was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns that came up. What truly stood out was how personal and supportive she was — it genuinely felt like having a close friend helping us through the process rather than just a realtor. She went above and beyond by connecting us with excellent resources for everything from staging and repairs to moving and closing. Her guidance and expertise helped us sell our home quickly and with confidence!

This is our second time to work with Jill. After our first time with her, we knew that we couldn’t choose anyone better to help us sell our home. Her attention to detail and ability to do the little things is unmatched. She went above and beyond the role as realtor to ensure we sold our house quickly. So quickly in fact our house was sold in 12 hours! There is always stress and unknowns that go along with selling a house. Jill made sure we didn’t feel the brunt of that. she was readily available to communicate with and we’ve always felt so well taken care of with her! If we ever need a realtor again, there is no question we will use Jill for a third time!

Jill Bell worked as our realtor when we recently bought a home in Fayetteville. We had heard about her outstanding reputation from family and friends. She actually exceeded the rave reviews that we had previously heard regarding her strong work ethic and her ability to tune in on our interests and desires for our "ideal home". She provided us regular updates on homes that were listed and new homes that had come on the market since we started our initial search. After we had signed the purchase contract, she provided a detailed list of all the names, addresses, and phone numbers for the utilities that we would need to connect with. She made it super easy.!! Then after closing, we were wondering who we should contact regarding some initial updates we wanted to do on our new home. Again, Jill came through with top notch contractors, who are very reasonably priced and very easy to work with. In fact, some of the contractors knew each other and were able to develop a work schedule/flow plan to deal with flooring, painting, cabinet remodeling, etc. They started work within four days of closing!! Probably our favorite trait that Jill demonstrated is that she is very quick and responsive to any text, email, or phone call we sent in her direction. I cannot recommend Jill Bell enough! Thanks to her, we pulled off the (what seemed) impossible stunt of putting an offer in on a house and closing before 30 days so we could move in before we got married. Jill knew all of the right things to do in order to get our offer accepted. She was very professional and knowledgeable through the entire process and advised us on what steps to take and who to use along the way. I tell everyone I know who is looking at selling or buying a home (especially both!) to call Jill Bell. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She was never too busy to take our call or respond to an e-mail. We had no idea where to start with selling our home. Ms. Bell provided us with a thorough checklist, that put our mind at ease and helped us get our home in tip top shape. The housing market was for sure in our favor, but with Jill’s help our house was only on the market for 12 hours!!!! It sold on the first day with multiple offers. She came to our home at 9:00 at night to go through each offer, helping us make an informed decision. When the time came to search for our new home, Jill spent several days, weekends, and evenings helping us find the right homes to tour. When we were actually out looking, Jill set up an itinerary that made the process much less daunting. She was amazing about pointing out features, flaws, and possible problems at each house that again helped us make the best decision. We finally found the perfect house! As with all purchases, there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Most notably, there were some issues with the irrigation system. It would have been easy for Jill to have taken the previous owners word and not looked deeper into the issue, but her persistence paid off, making sure that the repairs were handled properly before closing. Jill is sure to go above and beyond for her clients. I won’t ever use another realtor.
