Jerry recently helped me sell one of my rental properties, and his knowledge and experience was fantastic, as we were able to sell the property within $5000 of where he had anticipated, and he constantly kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. This is the second time I have used Jerry, the first time was to buy my homes and now to sell it. Jerry came to the house and went over the entire process with us as well as went through and gave us some suggestions on things to fix prior to listing the home. We were able to get under contract within 48 hors of the home listing but the sale turned out to be anything but easy. 12 hours after going under contract we experienced a broken pipe and a flooded kitchen and dining room. This set back is where Jerry really shinned. During the process Jerry was responsive and helpful, he checked in weekly and provided the buyers agent with updates. He was able to work with them to keep them in the deal even though it set us back almost 2 months. Will use Jerry again for my next him purchase.
