I was not given a choice in selecting this Realtor, as she was appointed through a court-ordered sale of my home related to a divorce settlement. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. At our initial meeting, I was assured that communication would be transparent and that both owners would be kept informed throughout the process. In practice, however, I was often excluded from important communications and was frequently left without clear information regarding timelines, scheduled work, recommendations, and next steps in the sale process. I also encountered situations that raised concerns about the security of the property, including finding doors left unlocked on multiple occasions. When I reported these issues, I did not feel that my concerns were adequately addressed. In addition, timelines were not consistently honored, and changes to those timelines were not always communicated. Requests and recommendations that I raised during the initial walkthrough were not acted upon until showing, which I believe contributed to unnecessary delays. There were also instances in which I received conflicting information while considering a preemptive offer on the property. Selling a home is stressful under any circumstances, particularly when it involves a court-ordered sale of a home you have owned for many years. During that process, I was hoping for proactive communication, attention to detail, and greater accountability. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this Realtor again, nor would I recommend her.

My husband, Jimmy, and I met Jennifer Rosdail and her awesome assistant, Michael, at an open house in San Francisco years back. Young and green, we were just starting to save up for our first house and were relatively unsure of how to navigate or prepare for such a huge purchase. They took the time to learn about we were, listened to our goals, and advised us on what kinds of properties to look for and how to prepare our finances. Over the course of several years, they kindly and diligently followed up to see how we were doing and sent encouragement. At times along our journey, Jimmy and I felt disheartened by the skyrocketing real estate market and our limited budget. But they continued to insist that what we wanted to do was possible, and sent us listings for propoerties that were enlightening and inspired hope. When, many years later, we were finally ready to proceed with a down payment, they were there for every step. In addition to making themselves available around the clock to answer our questions and show us propoerties, they also connected us with a home loan lender and walked us through our loan prequalification process. They spent weekends showing us available properties, getting creative with different locations and house types to fit our budget. When we finally saw a house that we loved, they assisted us through making our first offer, providing helpful pointers which ensured the success of the sale, and even took the time to connect with our families via zoom. Our very first offer was accepted, and we couldn't be happier with the resulting transaction. We love our house so much, and are extremely grateful for the wisdom and support that Jennifer and her team provided from start to finish - which, in our case, was a really long time!
