We sold with Jared and Molly and cannot recommend them enough! We put our house on the market in 2025 with 2 other agents at different times. While there was some uncertainty with the market, we thought for sure we would sell. When we didn’t, we knew we needed a new game plan and fresh perspective. Jared and Molly got our home under contract and closed in just over a month! (Something that the other 2 agents couldn’t do in 5 months!)
