She conducted herself with integrity and took the time to understand our preferences, regularly checking in to help us refine our priorities, distinguishing between our “nice-to-haves” and “must-haves.” She accompanied us on house tours and was proactive in following up with the seller’s agent. Her expertise and experience were invaluable in guiding us through the process and ultimately helping us find the right home.

As first-time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us than Jackie! She took the time to explain all the intricate details of the home buying process, often spending hours on paperwork over calls. Jackie understood our needs and helped us narrow down areas and types of homes. She was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. Additionally, she was helpful even after the home buying process, recommending some great contacts for painting and carpet cleaning.

I highly recommend Jackie. She helped me but my very first home. I had no idea what I was doing! Jackie and Sarah were very patient and helpful. They made sure I completely understood everything. Jackie was a great negotiator and got my home well below the asking price. Most importantly, Jackie and Sarah made sure it was really the home I wanted and I wasn't pressured at all. Jackie and Sarah not only helped me throughout the buying process but also helped me with things I wanted for the home after I bought... such as, finding a good ac installer at a great price, painters, and people to lay tile. I have already recommended Jackie to my friends (who also had great experiences buying their houses with Jackie as their realtor). I plan to go through Jackie as my realtor again when I sell my current home and buy another in the future.

As a first time home buyer I thought Jackie was great to work with from beginnning to end. She explained how the process would work not missing any details along the way. Her honesty was a top trait I appreciated as she would point out any possible problems with each home whether my wife were aware of them or not. Just "making the sale" was clearly not her motivation and instead so much more it was us finding a home we would love.
